My journey to mental healthcare

I began my career as a substance use counselor working with inpatient and outpatient programs. I continue working in a mobile mental health program focused on the homeless population, which validated my passion for providing therapy. I love working with adults and older adults.

My approach to goal setting is to work together, discuss where you are and where you want to be, then establish realistic expectations. My goal is to create a safe environment for us to establish a trusting professional relationship.
