I work with individuals from the age of twelve and up. I specialize in anger management, anxiety, depression, parenting issues, and mood disorders. I use cognitive and behavioral approaches to assist my clients.

I became a therapist because I have always wanted to help others work through and manage their issues.

I allow my clients to set their goals as we work together toward achieving those goals. If there are other goals that I think may be beneficial, then I will share them with my clients and discuss if they are open to those goals.
