Hi there, I'm Richard!

I believe each person deserves respect, understanding, and acknowledgment of their inherent value. Recognizing your worth sets the stage for a healthy partnership that empowers your journey toward healing and growth.

My focus

My experience is broad, from children and adults to severe mental health issues such as Schizophrenia. My primary experience and talent lie with persons who suffer from depression and particularly anxiety. This may include generalized anxiety, social phobias, or just having trouble going to the store.

My approach

My approach to therapy is eclectic but often begins with cognitive behavioral therapy. Understanding how our perceptions may skew things is key. We also need to find a space to just be okay, no matter what. To achieve that, I like to focus on a mindful approach, which helps find our inner quiet.
