I became a therapist to empower others to learn about themselves and work toward a more self-fulfilling life. My goal is to help you handle future social and psychological challenges more independently and know when to return for reinforcement or new skills.

We work in tandem to set, monitor, or change goals so that therapy continues to progress in a forward direction to your benefit.

Our first session

During our first session, we'll get to know each other and establish the tone of our relationship. We'll discuss why you're seeking therapy now, what you want to achieve, and how we'll work together. We'll review background information, previous therapies, client rights, and confidentiality.
