I am an interactive therapist and will be an involved part of your sessions. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I believe in the power of human resilience and the capacity for change. I'm passionate about helping people discover their strengths and use them to create the life they want. My approach is grounded in respect, collaboration, and the belief that you are the expert on your own experience.

My goals for you

We'll work together to identify what you want to achieve and create a clear path forward. I'll help you recognize patterns that may be holding you back and develop new skills and perspectives. Progress happens through our collaborative work in sessions and the insights you gain as you apply what we discuss to your daily life.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to accomplish. I'll ask questions to understand your story and current challenges. We'll discuss how therapy works and begin identifying goals. My aim is for you to leave feeling heard, hopeful, and clear about our next steps together.
