My communication style

I create a safe, comfortable environment for my clients. I am empathetic, and I've been told I am very easy to talk to. I encourage my clients to be open in the therapeutic relationship and discuss any barriers to comfort that may arise.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been a people person, and I found that people naturally gravitated to speak with me. I had a troubled childhood and found it difficult for people to understand me. I wasn’t able to communicate effectively what was going on, and I see how this has had an impact on my ability to become an adult.

My goals for you

I work with the client in creating realistic short-term and long-term goals. They are involved in the process 100 percent. This is their journey. I'm here to assist them along the way.

Our first session

The first session is going over intake paperwork and answering any questions that clients may have.
