I have witnessed how resilience is built in these hidden moments and how healing begins when we allow ourselves to seek support. Therapy is not about fixing but about discovering, understanding, and reclaiming one's inner strength.

A simple problem-solving approach includes identifying the problems, defining practical solutions together, and then applying those solutions that we agree upon.

Our first session

Establishing a clear understanding of the problems from the client's perspective and an assessment in four areas: relationship to self, family, and friends, to God as one understands God, and a sense of mission and purpose.
