Hi there, I'm Jennifer!

Are you feeling burdened or overwhelmed? My role is to come along side of you and create a safe space to explore what might be holding you back and to identify ways to create change.

My focus

Are you often left thinking that life has thrown you too many curve balls and that you simply want something different or something more? Together we will explore healthy ways of thinking and behaving that can move you closer to the life you are wanting.

My approach

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you identify your values while learning to accept 'what is' and sometimes grieving 'what is not'. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help modify unhelpful patterns of thinking that may be hindering you from living the life you want.
