I am direct and kind. I ask questions, and believe that clear communication is important; however, my clients know I also have a sense of humor.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a provider began with a deep curiosity about human behavior and a strong desire to help people feel less alone in their struggles. I found myself drawn to listening and holding space for others. I discovered how powerful it can be to witness someone's story and support them in reshaping it.

My goals for you

At the beginning of our time together, I invite clients to share their goals and explore the underlying reasons they are seeking support, clearing the way for reflection, clarity, and connection.

Our first session

In our first session we will go over what to expect from therapy including the meeting platform, session length and confidentiality. I will ask what you are hoping to get out of therapy, explain how I work and we will go through issues you would like to address. By the end of the session, we will check in about whether it feels like a good fit.
