My communication style

During sessions, I prefer to actively listen, deeply validate, be empathetic, ask for clarity when needed, while being non-judgmental. I believe listening is a huge piece in therapy sessions that helps me understand the client and identify their needs in therapy.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a mental health therapist because I like to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, supported, and understood, especially during difficult times. I enjoy helping people build coping skills, overcome challenges, and recognize their strengths. Seeing individuals grow is incredibly rewarding.

My goals for you

My goal in therapy is to help clients reach their goals. I look forward to collaboratively setting goals with clients. I ensure goals are set at the beginning of therapy sessions. I encourage goals that are achievable in the time the client plans to be in therapy. I prefer to focus on what the client wants to achieve.
