VERIFIED PATIENT TESTIMONIAL

Hi there, I'm Siyi!

I’m a Clinical Supervisor with 10 years of experience providing therapy in hospital, outpatient, and community mental health settings. I help adults navigate trauma, anxiety, relationship stress, parenting challenges, and life transitions using EMDR, ACT, CBT, attachment-based, and trauma-informed approaches.

My focus

I help clients work through trauma, postpartum mental health, domestic violence, family conflict, parenting challenges, anger management, anxiety, and life transitions. I’m passionate about supporting immigrants and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Therapy is available in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Teochew.

My approach

I practice EMDR, ACT, CBT, and EFT. My philosophy is to determine what is within our control and empower ourselves in focusing on that; that awareness alone can change one's life.
