I'm dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
My focus
I'm particularly drawn to working with individuals coping with relationship problems, including communication issues, conflict resolution, and infidelity; trauma, including PTSD, anxiety, and depression; adjustment issues, such as life transitions, stress management, and self-esteem; and grief and loss.
