I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating a range of life challenges and transitions.

My focus

I approach therapy from a humanistic and client-centered perspective: focusing on being accepting and non-judgmental, while trying to understand someone's life experience current and past as it relates to the challenges they are facing.

My treatment approach focuses on depression, anxiety, coping skills, relationships and interpersonal conflict, and stress management related to life changes.
