Hi there, I'm Kendra!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I graduated from California State University, Northridge (CSUN) in 2018 with my Master's in Social Work (MSW) and have conducted therapy since. The modalities I have training in are: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

My focus

I work with adults (ages 18-60). Most of my clients are people who identify as women, POC, & LGBTQIA+, who experience anxiety, depression, & trauma. My clients come to me to work through issues, find ways to cope, & identify their symptoms. I can help with understanding perfectionism, social anxiety, people pleasing & attachment styles.

My approach

I have a holistic view of therapy. I will ask you to look at multiple aspects of your life to encourage overall good health and well-being. Sessions are centered around education, radical acceptance & are grounded in your personal goal. We will tackle issues through a lens of empowerment, validation, & understanding.
