It's about disentangling yourself from patterns and limiting beliefs that no longer serve you, as much as cultivating self-acceptance and reconnecting with essential parts of yourself. Together, we'll define what is true and meaningful for you.
My focus
I help clients with trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, healthy communication, relationship issues, domestic violence, family conflicts, parenting, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and boundaries. Maybe you're going through something now, or something happened in the past. This will be a space for you to figure that out.

My approach is warm and welcoming while providing unconditional positive support balanced with accountability. I meet you where you are as we build trust. My go-to approaches are Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, mixed and matched based on your needs.
