Hi there, I'm Susan!

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seek a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

My focus

I have enjoyed an extensive history of working with and treating relationship related trauma and anxiety, parents and young teens working through shared custody issues, and supporting young people through difficult developmental milestones. I really like support professional and occupational development, career counseling and personal growth.

My approach

I focus on supporting a diverse population of clients through a person-centered approach. Holding a therapeutic relationship driven by client-led goals and values, I often invite clients to explore both thoughts and feelings to better approach healthy ways of coping with their human experiences.
