My focus
I work with clients who have experienced developmental trauma, physical and sexual abuse, or childhood adverse experiences. I support those who have endured emotional or physical abuse resulting in unhealthy attachment styles, as well as clients experiencing anxiety, grief, depression, and trauma.
My approach
I use a holistic approach, prioritizing safety in session. I focus on healing the whole person, including nervous system and brain health. We identify trauma that accumulates in the body and nervous system to build resiliency and natural self-regulation.
