Hi there, I'm Ashley!

My goal is to help individuals and families see optimism and hope by providing them with ways to conquer hard times and cope with problems and hardships in healthy ways. I feel an incredible passion for helping individuals and families who are struggling or lacking skills to cope with life’s difficulties. I want to be able to help them understand that in any situation, regardless of how hopeless it may seem, there is always hope and strength, even in despair. I bring a great sense of empathy, care, and concern and a positive and uplifting attitude. I utilize an eclectic modality, encompassing mostly CBT, solution-focused, and person-centered.
