Hi there, I'm Angele!

I provide counseling services in-person in Los Angeles and throughout CA online. I specialize in women's issues and the unique experiences of older adults and their families.

My focus

I begin with a Solution-Focused strengths-based foundation approaching sessions with a systemic point of view as I listen for incongruent language. Working in the moment, I review what your experiences mean for you in a collaborative setting to guide you toward your own truth and the empowerment of choice.

My approach

I assist couples and individuals to navigate relationships, family conflict, life transitions, self-worth, LGBTQ+ and women's issues. I look at systemic understanding of behavior and language to examine perspective, separate one's core values from societal expectations, and create space for growth.
