My journey to mental healthcare

I knew from a young age that I wanted to be in the helping field. I have always naturally been drawn to helping people through difficult times. I want to provide a safe space for people to express themselves and live their lives to the fullest.

My goals for you

My approach to goal setting with clients is to work together to define what the client wants to accomplish during our time together. Over time, we will work together to set goals and track progress. This often starts by building trust and getting comfortable with being in therapy.
