My approach
Since every individual is unique and has different goals and dreams, I believe in using an integrative approach to therapy. I use a combination of therapeutic modalities starting from a psychodynamic lens while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Behavioral Therapy techniques.
My focus
My clients range from 13 years of age to over 65 and are from various cultural backgrounds. I also currently work with veterans from ages 30 to 80 years old.

I believe in open, honest communication where you feel heard and supported. My style balances empathy with gentle guidance, helping you gain clarity and work towards positive change at your own pace. I'm an attentive listener who will collaborate with you to find solutions tailored to your unique needs and goals.

My background includes a variety of settings, including traditional outpatient, prisons, hospitals, and the Department of Veteran Affairs. I hold a Master of Social Work degree.
