My focus
I deal with LGBTQIA+ persons of all ages, as well as children, pre-teens or teens in nontraditional families or situations. I provide trauma-informed methods to resolve trauma and remove blocks so you can grow and become the person you hope to be in life.
My approach
In therapy, I want to know what you value, what you have been through, and what you want to resolve and/or accomplish. I use creative and present - focused trauma-informed and gender -affirming approaches with people who identify as LGBTQIA+ or different, and resolve what keeps you from activating inner resources to build the steps to get there.
