I have a collaborative approach to treatment. My focus of practice includes trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, marriage counseling, family dynamics, adolescents, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
My focus
I mostly work with clients who have experienced significant trauma and are dealing with PTSD. In addition, I work effectively with clients who are experiencing significant depression and anxiety. I am comfortable treating most conditions as I have significant experience in providing therapy.
My approach
My approach to providing therapy is to look at my clients through a trauma lens. My therapy utilizes trauma-focused sessions, understanding attachment styles, and being active in sessions by offering feedback. I also utilize psycho-education.
