I work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relational problems, immigration challenges, acculturation stress, loss and bereavement, and the impact of significant life changes. I have extensive experience with Spanish-speaking clients and those managing chronic medical conditions.

My therapeutic approach centers on collaborative partnerships, empowering you to overcome challenges and enhance your overall well-being. I most often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Problem Solving Therapy, and Behavioral Activation in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and other concerns.
