When we as human beings experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for our lives to unravel. My great passion is bringing healing to people who have been through traumatic/stressful experiences. I help my clients to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships, so they can know themselves as peaceful, strong individuals.
My approach
I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual, so I have a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including Narrative therapy, Solution-focused therapy, Brief therapy, and Motivational interviewing. My therapeutic modalities include Attachment-based, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Compassion Focused, Culturally Sensitive, Dialectical (DBT), Humanistic, Mindfulness-Based, Motivational Interviewing, Eclectic, Narrative, Person-Centered, Intervention, and Solution Focused Brief (SFBT).

I am willing to see individuals and specialize in treating anxiety, chronic relapse, codependency, coping skills, family conflict, gender identity, job stress, life coaching, parenting, relapse prevention, transgender issues, women's issues, adoption, and LGBTQIA+-related issues.
My communication style
I believe in open, honest communication that creates a safe space for healing and growth. My style is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative - I'm here to listen, understand, and work together with you to find the best path forward. I tailor my approach to your unique needs, drawing from various therapeutic modalities to support you on your journey.
