As a therapist, I value honesty and transparency. Many mental health struggles result from living incongruently with our authentic selves. I hope that within the safety of therapy, you can grow and accept your authentic person and utilize your natural strengths to achieve fulfillment in life.

My journey to mental healthcare

As a former personal trainer and competitive athlete, I have always been enamored with human performance. Performing well in life is a delicate balance between physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. I became a therapist to help people actualize their vision of their own best life and to share in the very human journey along the way.

My goals for you

I encourage my clients to create a concrete vision of what success in their therapeutic journey would look like for the individual. With a clear destination in mind, we can embark on the therapeutic journey together, making sure to notice success along the way.
