Hi there, I'm Ashley!

Whether you are struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or a life transition, I am here to offer support and help you make meaningful changes. Using cognitive behavioral techniques and strength-based and solution-focused models, my goal is to help my clients develop coping skills to manage day-to-day stress, strengthen their relationships and gain an improved quality of life. I am a licensed therapist with over 12 years of experience working with adults, couples, families, and children. I utilize my professional and personal experience, humor, and warmth to create a robust and collaborative relationship with my clients. Starting therapy can feel intimidating.
