My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist grew from a desire to create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and understood. I’m passionate about supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds as they navigate life’s challenges, reconnect with their strengths, and create meaningful change in their lives.

My goals for you

I work collaboratively with clients to identify clear, realistic goals based on their needs, strengths, and values. Together, we break goals into manageable steps, build practical coping skills, and regularly review progress to ensure therapy remains supportive, focused, and responsive to their growth.

Our first session

In our first session together, we'll start with introductions of not just you but also myself. We are a team working together. Then dive into what you would like to work on and the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored/individualized plan for us to work through in sessions to come.
