My focus

My clients are not always sure where to begin or what exactly is going on with them but they know something needs to change. They are looking for the tools needed to make the change. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, and at times feeling low.

My approach

I provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and empowered to grow. Using person-centered therapy, CBT, and motivational interviewing, we'll work together to challenge unhelpful thoughts, reduce anxiety, build on your strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My communication style is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself while feeling heard and understood. I'll ask thoughtful questions, offer honest feedback with compassion, and work with you at a pace that supports meaningful growth.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist grew from a desire to create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and understood. I’m passionate about supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds as they navigate life’s challenges, reconnect with their strengths, and create meaningful change in their lives.

Together, we break goals into manageable steps, build practical coping skills, and regularly review progress to ensure therapy remains supportive, focused, and responsive to their growth.

Then dive into what you would like to work on and the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored/individualized plan for us to work through in sessions to come.
