My focus
I work with teens, adults, and couples who may be struggling to find balance and the key to unlocking their authentic selves. When we are pushed out of our values, it can often manifest as anxiety and depression, leading to dissatisfying relationships. I partner with my clients to help them re-author their lives and relationships.
