My journey to mental healthcare

I have wanted to become a therapist since middle school. My heart has always been drawn to helping others, especially youth who often feel misunderstood or alone.

Every client is different in how goals are approached. My approach is finding out what works best for my client and encourage creative collaboration on how to reach those goals.
