Hi there, I'm Ryan!

I am a proud Social Worker and Psychologist who has been providing therapy for over 20 years in various settings. I enjoy working with clients from diverse backgrounds, and my goal as a therapist is to provide a safe space for healing, insight, and growth.

My focus

I like working with clients who are comfortable working towards vulnerability and greater interpersonal intimacy as they share and take risks in the therapy space. I like to help gain insight and understanding as I view my clients as their own experts and work from a client-directed approach.

My approach

I have experience providing individual, group, and couples therapy. I utilize an integrative approach drawing from interpersonal, mindfulness, feminist-multicultural, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
