I earned my Master of Arts degree and became licensed as a marriage and family therapist. Over the past nine years practicing in California, I have been driven by a passion for supporting people in leading happier, more fulfilling lives.
My goals for you
My goals for you are to help you build the coping skills, self-understanding, and emotional well-being to thrive and make positive changes. I will provide a safe, caring space for you to explore your experiences, relationships, and patterns. Together we will work to empower you to live the life you envision for yourself.
My first session with you
In our first session, we will discuss what is bringing you to therapy at this time in your life. I will ask about your background, current situation, challenges, and hopes. We'll collaboratively explore your goals and how I can best support you. This is also an opportunity for you to ask me any questions and see if we feel like a good fit to work together. The first session is the beginning of building our therapeutic relationship.
