Hi! My name is Sarah E. Hevezi and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes positive clinical outcomes start with a positive and trusting relationship between clients and their provider. Let therapy be a safe place to land.
My approach
I commonly use CBT, Mindfulness, SFT, and Motivational Interviewing as well as teach sustainable coping and calming techniques.
My focus
I have an extensive background working in pediatrics however, I truly enjoy working with late adolescents (17-25) and can help with managing a myriad of presenting concerns including Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Attachment, ADHD, and adjustment. I also provide parenting support in addition to generalist adult practice.
My communication style
I strive to create a space that is safe and calming. My goal is to make therapy a positive experience. Rapport-building is huge. My approach is always client-centered, meeting the client where they are on any given day!
