Growing up in a multicultural background, I witnessed how culture—ethnic, racial, spiritual, gender, sexual orientation—impacts mental health and relationships. Therapy helps unpack these experiences and systems, creating meaningful change and improving well-being.

Our first session

In our first session, I explain the therapeutic process and key components of therapy. I then explore who you are—your strengths, concerns, significant relationships, and history. We also start conversations around your goals and expectations of treatment.
