Life is hard. Why struggle alone? I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience helping individuals develop skills to lead fuller, more balanced, happier lives. I am strengths-based and utilize elements of mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy in my practice. My focus is on supporting individuals through life transitions, particularly the transition to parenthood. I am committed to providing a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for us to tackle life's challenges together.
