I work with individual adults struggling with anxiety, OCD, relationship issues, and existential struggles. Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, I help clients challenge unhelpful patterns and build the skills needed to reach their goals.
My focus
I work best with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, or feeling stuck and unsatisfied. When we're in transition or working through life's challenges, these symptoms often emerge. With the right tools and perspective, you can begin to see clearly, think and act differently, be more effective, and feel better.

I believe success in relationships, career, and life can be limited or enhanced by our perspective and emotional capacity. Often we're doing our best with the tools we have, but it's not enough. I help you learn new skills, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and gain hope and perspective that allows you to find the success you desire.
