I use CBT to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns, giving you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. I build upon your inner strengths to further self-esteem, resiliency, and confidence. Through mindfulness practices like body awareness and deep breathing, we'll lower anxiety and reduce rumination.
