To provide a safe, understanding environment for people to express their inner thoughts and feelings that they may not feel comfortable sharing with the outside world.

My goals for you

Goals will be developed based on clients' desired outcomes from therapy and perceived needs. Goals are created collaboratively between the client and clinician.

Our first session

During our first session, we will explore perceived needs, and client strengths and begin building rapport. Time is valuable and this time should be beneficial for the client.
