I work with clients from all walks of life who face obstacles preventing them from living their best life. Together, we identify tools to help navigate forward to improve their overall sense of well-being and optimism. This allows clients to supportively implement new solution-based options and changes.
My approach
My approach to therapy is to meet clients where they are at and identify blocks to living their best life. I am trained in modalities including EMDR, TRM (Trauma Resilience Model), and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), all of which provide effective tools to help reduce anxiety and increase emotional regulation.
