I received my Master's in Social Work and have spent most of my career in the medical field working with the chronically ill, dying, and grieving.

I typically work with adolescents and adults.
My approach
I use a combination of modalities to help others evaluate and manage their thoughts and emotions, overcome behavioral issues, and work through major life transitions. My work provides me the opportunity to utilize mindfulness for stress reduction, cognitive behavioral therapy, supportive psychotherapy, life review, and grief and trauma support.
