My communication style

I communicate clearly, open, and direct. My goal is to gently challenge, illuminate, and provide understanding for client's awareness and healing.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a provider, required my own exploration of balance, expression, and self-love. I have always had a desire to help others heal, whether it was through mentorship and/or community service. It was through those experiences, I recognized the importance of providing security and safety for the hopeless and broken-hearted.

My goals for you

Client reach their goals through a focus on principles that help shape client's emotional, cognitive, and behavioral experiences. These principles include helping clients find balance, healthy expression, and a fostering of self-love.

Our first session

In our first session, you can expect to feel a sense of comfort and safety. I will take time to establish an understanding of your presenting problems, as well as gather identifying information, such as family-of-origin, culture, developmental history, medical and psychiatric history etc. It will be out first step to getting to one another.
