My journey as a therapist has become aligned with the core values I have built in my years of social work. Transitioning from what I have learned as a social worker to now a therapist as well, I leverage on helping others achieve goals and address any challenges to find the necessary approach tailored to the client's individual needs.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting with clients by collaboratively identifying their unique needs. We work together to establish achievable objectives and break them down into manageable steps. This process is guided with empathy and active listening skills to ensure that the goals align with the client's values.

Our first session

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and open-safe environment where they feel safe to share their concerns. We will discuss their background, current challenges, and what they hope to achieve through therapy. This initial session is an opportunity to build rapport and set the foundation for our work together.
