I offer personal, individualized attention to my clients. My vision from the time I decided to become a therapist at 15 years old has been to help our communities, their families, and their children adapt and adjust to the challenges of life and the healing from going through a traumatic experience.
My focus
I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD. I also help people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My approach
My approach is trauma-informed, client-specific, evidence-based, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-oriented. We focus on developing specific strategies and skills for problem resolution. Understanding how trauma affects relationships is imperative to move from victim to survivor to advocate for healing.
