My approach to psychotherapy is primarily focused on the strength-based perspective while utilizing solution-focused approaches, and incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy elements. These approaches will be geared towards helping each individual to process emotions and situations that are preventing them from living a fulfilled life.

I am dedicated to creating a warm and safe space that is free of judgment to facilitate the therapeutic process. I strive to be supportive, respectful, empathetic, and attuned to the needs of the individual.

Supporting and helping others have been core values that have fueled my journey. My educational background has allowed me to work with and serve adults in various settings, supervise clinicians working towards licensure, and oversee behavioral health departments. My core value of helping others has remained at the forefront.
