I provide a calming, nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel safe to process trauma, as well as assist clients in healing whatever that may look like for them.

I entered this field because I'm passionate about supporting people through their challenges and helping them find their own path to wellness.

My goals for you

I am very much client-centered and believe the client will lead me to where they want to go. I will support the goals of the client.

Our first session

In the first session, we are getting to know one another. I will be asking some questions; however believe the client will disclose at their own pace. I am also open to any questions the client may have.
