I strive to create a therapy space rooted in compassion, authenticity, and genuine connection, with room for humor along the way. Couples therapy offers a warm, supportive space to feel heard, heal old hurts, understand each other more deeply, and find your way back to each other.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a therapist is rooted in a deep desire to help others heal. I believe we are wired for connection, growth, and joy, yet depression, anxiety, trauma, and loss can make hope feel distant. I’m honored to walk alongside clients as they rediscover hope, build resilience, reconnect with themselves, and create more fulfilling lives.

Our first session

In our first meeting, we’ll get to know each other, explore what brings you to therapy, and identify the changes and goals that matter most to you. We’ll build on your strengths and find an approach that fits—coping skills, mindfulness, relational work, or a blend. We’ll move at your pace, with support, understanding, and hope.
