Hi! My name is Tawny Dominguez, LMFT. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, who works with clients to achieve physical and emotional well-being.

My approach

I help clients take control of life challenges with a caring, professional, and understanding therapeutic environment. I am dedicated to helping and providing clients with tools needed to deal with addiction, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, family interaction, etc.

My focus

My areas of specialty include, chronic illness, eating disorders, addictions, anxiety, depression, and daily life struggles. I work with individuals, couples and families.

I help clients take control of life challenges with a caring, professional, and understanding therapeutic environment. I like to meet the clients where they are at. Using CBT, I like to challenge any irrational thoughts that are keeping clients from living their best life.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a Marriage and Family Therapist because I want to help people live their best life. Encouraging others to challenge life’s obstacles and take control of their life.

My goals for you

Goal setting is a collaborative effort. I encourage clients to create goals for themselves, as I will also create manageable goals to work towards.

Our first session will be building rapport. Building a therapeutic relationship based on trust and feeling safe. I want you to feel comfortable.
