My communication style

I am very direct with my clients with a soft and gentle approach. My office is set up just like my living room at home because I want the client to feel comfortable and at ease, like talking to friends.

My journey to mental healthcare

I always knew what I wanted to be, but I just did not know how to get there. I knew very little about college, as my parents were not college graduates. I followed their footsteps in the bottling industry until I became tired of living someone else's dream. So I went back to school and pursued therapy-one of the best decisions of my life.

My goals for you

I allow them to create the goal of their desire. We then build a plan that they feel is most doable for them.

Our first session

On our first session together, we will get to know one another and start setting goals for treatment.
