I gravitate towards working with people navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions & identity exploration. Many people I work with are exploring questions around identity & what it means to live authentically in a world that can make that complicated. We’ll explore how your experiences show up emotionally & in your body to understand your needs.

Therapy isn’t about being perfectly put together—it’s a space where humor, curiosity, honesty & real conversation are welcome so you can show up exactly as you are. It’s important to acknowledge the larger systems and pressures we navigate; therapy can be a place to process the complexity of it all.
